I have been a Realtor since April of 2007 with my first few transactions being foreclosures and short sales. My area of focus includes Rockwall and Kaufman Counties as well as portions east of Dallas.
I have an MBA in Marketing and also have years of experience in marketing, event planning and business management. These are the skills that will allow me to provide you the ultimate in professional sevices and specialized attention.
Before I started practicing Real Estate, I spent over ten years as a Small Business Development Consultant. I had the wonderful and exciting opportunity to provide Consulting Services to public entities such as the City of Dallas, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), Dallas ISD and TxDOT; as well as private entities such as The American Airlines Center and Austin Industries. My focus was assisting small business with Business Management and Development skills in order for them to increase their company's viability and sustainability so that they could successfull participate in the above mentioned entities' bidding processes. During my learning experience, I found that Small Business Owners are the lifeline of our communities, and being a small business owner myself, I have learned the importance of quality Customer Care.
I am also a former New Homes Sales Consultant for a major builder and I have inside knowledge of the new home industry and how to utilize "Builder Incentives" to ensure that your investment is a sound one.
